Awareness of Agile development methods and their approaches;
Experience working with business and data analysis tools;
Excellent communication skills;
Awareness of the nominal classification of non-functional requirements;
Knowledge of standard notations: BPMN, UML;
Understanding of SMART requirements and INVEST user stories;
Understanding of project management methods (iterative and waterfall);
Ability to establish responsible deadlines, create personal work plans, and manage time effectively;
Ability to clearly convey messages relevant to the audience;
Good knowledge of the project lifecycle and delivery in a technical environment;
Ability to understand project plans and clearly articulate roles and project goals;
Upper-intermediate English level (B1+ desirable);
High level of resilience, ability to take input and direction, work on tasks independently, and show initiative.

Take ownership of gathering and articulating user, business, and technical requirements (both functional and non-functional), documenting them accurately to ensure all requirements that contribute to a business case and solution delivery are valid and traceable;
Manage requirements and apply User Stories and Acceptance Criteria;
Elicit, compose, complete, clarify, and validate all requirement details with the customer to ensure they align with business needs end-to-end;
Collaborate and interact with the Client and Development Team for solution design and business justification, ensuring a clear understanding of what change is being proposed and why;
Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing business processes and systems, document process models and task analyses to identify areas for potential improvement;
Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts to share business system and domain knowledge;
Work closely with the development team and the Client to provide project requirement updates and raise task blockers to facilitate business or technical decisions;
Work with business areas to define business benefits, create Impact Maps, introduce measures to baseline, track, and report progress against targets, measure performance, and analyze competitors;
Conduct demo sessions with Clients.
